Do you ever feel trapped in repeating patterns of behaviour that lead you to the same painful outcomes? Are you struggling under the weight of negative thoughts, emotions and deeply rooted beliefs that seem to hold you back? Does the voice of your inner critic overwhelm you, leaving you feeling anxious or frozen by fear? If so, I am here to listen, support and guide you as you seek to discover and reclaim the direction, purpose and joy that has gone missing from your life.

My approach is based on helping you identify and challenge those core beliefs and default ways of thinking that may be limiting your potential. By working together, I am confident that we can initiate a transformative journey that taps into your inherent strengths to uncover the best version of you. 

We will explore the roots of your meaning making and relational challenges and whether this stems from childhood experiences, ingrained habits, or unspoken fears. By better understanding how these patterns shape your thoughts, emotions, and actions, we can then create space for change.

I believe that a trusting, empathetic and inspirational relationship is central to therapy and that my job is to provide you with the compassion required to make you feel fully seen and heard, the insight necessary to understand what makes you tick and the tools you need to help you take control of your life. 



Practice description

My training is in Gestalt therapy and emphasizes one key objective: raising your self-awareness.

In addition to traditional talking therapy, I integrate a variety of other techniques that can help you explore your experiences more deeply. This might involve using body processes, role play, visualisation or internal dialogues. Together, we will work to enhance your understanding of yourself and identify the historical patterns that may be obstructing your growth.

By drawing on the wisdom of both the mind and the body, I aim to guide you beyond mere intellectual insights into a fuller, richer understanding of yourself and your lived experience. Once we illuminate the self-limiting habits and patterns you may have internalised, we鈥檒l create a safe and nurturing space for new perspectives and behaviours to emerge organically, encouraging a deep and lasting transformation.

My first session

I offer an initial free Zoom consultation so that we can assess if we are a good fit for each other and what sort of arrangement to commit to. The purpose of this initial session is for me to get an idea of why you are seeking therapy and to see if we are a good fit to work together. 

I believe that the foundation of effective counseling lies in one essential quality: the relationship we build together. My primary goal is to foster a trusting and supportive bond grounded in empathy, respect, and non-judgment. This means honoring and affirming your identity and needs with compassion and sensitivity, so you feel truly seen, heard, and understood.
