Welcome. Thank you for viewing my profile. I really appreciate the courage it takes to reach out for help and support. Life is not always easy. Some of the problems that people come to me with are feeling down, unhappy, stuck, anxious, overthinking, 鈥�

My path toward supporting health and wellbeing began more than ten years ago when I developed an interest in psychology and counselling. I hold an undergraduate degree in Psychology and a Master's in Health Psychology. Through my work in mental healt鈥�

I hold a Masters Degree in Integrative Relationship Therapy and am an accredited member of the 网爆门. I am fully qualified to work with individuals, couples and families and have over 10 years experience working both face to face and online with peopl鈥�

I have over 35 years of experience in working therapeutically with people from all walks of life. My consulting room is in  Hammersmith near Ravenscourt Park, 2 min walk from the tube Station. I offer therapy for Individuals as well as Couples. I als鈥�
