As a psychotherapist, I have a wealth of experience working alongside developmental trauma (young people, adults, families, parents, carers, looked after / care leavers) in therapeutic communities and individuals, utilising DDP to accept, empathise, 鈥�

If you struggle with an addiction I will work with you to help you find a way to stop and more importantly, stay stopped. I鈥檓 sure you will have heard the words 鈥渨hy don鈥檛 you just stop/cut down鈥�. If only it was that simple. Your addiction probably h鈥�

I provide, a safe and confidential space where it is possible for the client to gain personal insight and awareness. This can support conditions for creating growth and change. My core modality is Person Centred Therapy, in applying these principles 鈥�

I am a qualified and experienced psychodynamic psychotherapist. I hold a Post-Graduate Diploma in Individual and Couple Psychodynamic Psychotherapy from Tavistock Relationships, an internationally recognised centre for couple psychotherapy teaching, 鈥�
