I work Monday to Thursday and offer evening appointments after 5pm. I offer daytime appointments on Fridays from 11am.
About me and my therapy practice
I understand that finding the right therapist can feel overwhelming, especially when you're facing challenges in life. You may be here because you're struggling with stress, burnout, anxiety, overthinking, or relationship difficulties. Perhaps you're navigating a significant life transition, like a career change, relocation, or moving to university. Wherever you are in your journey, I want you to know that you are not alone.
As an experienced and compassionate therapist, I work with individuals to address a broad range of concerns, from work-related stress to managing anxiety and depression. My approach is rooted in deep empathy and understanding, and I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore the issues that are affecting you, whether they stem from past experiences or current challenges.
I have also worked as a volunteer therapist in areas of domestic abuse and violence, and I bring a wealth of experience in helping clients navigate difficult experiences.

I know firsthand how difficult it can be to take that first step towards therapy, and I want to reassure you that your journey is valid, no matter where you’re starting from. It’s normal to feel uncertain, but you deserve the chance to thrive—emotionally, personally, and in your relationships. With that in mind, I offer a compassionate, open-hearted approach to every session, creating a space where you can feel safe to explore your thoughts, feelings, and concerns.
Practice description
I currently offer virtual online, or telephone appointments, so your location doesn't affect your ability to access therapy with me. I provide short and long-term therapy, with flexible options for weekly, fortnightly, or monthly sessions.
Getting in Touch
Just contact me from here, and I will respond within 24 hours (if you only provide your email please check your junk folder after 24 hours just in case). We then arrange a 20 minute phone call so we can explore if I am able to help, and I will then provide you with more information before you decide to go ahead. From there, if you wish to proceed, we will agree our first appointment.

My first session
I offer a free 20 minute initial assessment prior to therapy so we can explore if I am able to help and so I can provide you with more information before you make any decisions to proceed.
