First and foremost my work is relational.  As humans we have a need to connect authentically with ourselves and with others, difficulties can arise where this has not been possible. Coming to therapy can be daunting; being asked to put your faith in 鈥�

I am a fully qualified and experienced counsellor and have worked within the mental health sector for 15 years. My integrative diploma allows me to work with a range of issues using a variety of counselling models, this means that I can work with cli鈥�
