I am to provide a safe environment where individuals can access a quality low cost, affordable professional counselling service. My vision is to facilitate and effectively contribute to the development of the everyday life of individuals in society.

I currently have availability on late afternoons and evenings during the week. In addition to this i have availability on saturday from 7am 

As a qualified (Relate) relationship counsellor, I support individuals and couples experiencing relationship challenges. I work with couples of all types. A couple is defined as two people in a committed, intimate (not necessarily sexual) relationship regardless of their gender, sexual orientation, marital status, or the nature of their relationship. Couples therapy is a valuable resource at any stage of a relationship, whether it's just beginning, well-established, or going through a difficult period.

I aim to create a safe, supportive space where both partners feel comfortable sharing their experiences. Maintaining a neutral stance, I encourage open discussion of thoughts, feelings, and challenges.

Together, we’ll identify issues, explore each other’s perspectives, and develop tools for effective communication and conflict resolution. You’ll also gain insight into patterns in your relationship and work towards meaningful, positive change.

In the first session, I will meet with you both together to carry out a joint assessment. We'll explore your expectations, identify the challenges in your relationship, and begin setting goals for therapy.
