I am a psychodynamic psychotherapist and supervisor with over 20 years' experience working with couples and individuals from my practice in Central London and online.

Psychodynamic psychotherapy offers a space for couples and individuals to explore and reflect on patterns of behaviour which may feel stuck, causing hurt, disappointment and unhappiness. In a confidential and non-judgemental environment, I work with clients to consider how past experiences may have helped to shape these stuck behaviours.  In doing so, I hope to help clients to reflect on themselves and their relationship to the outside world and in turn open up opportunities for personal development and communication.

I trained with Relate, Tavistock Relationships (TR - formerly the Tavistock Centre for Couple Relationships) and the Society for Analytical Psychology (SAP).  I have also worked as a practitioner and lecturer at TR, supervisor on the Basingstoke Diploma in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, and currently supervise trainees on the Couple and Individual Psychodynamic Psychotherapy MA/PG Dip.

My hours of work are 9am to 7pm.

I have worked as supervisor for trainee and placement therapists on the Basingstoke Diploma in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, as a practitioner and lecturer at TR and currently supervise trainees on the TR Couple and Individual Psychodynamic Psychotherapy MA/PG Dip.

I work in private practice in Central London and offer supervision to trainee and qualified couple and individual therapists, either online or in person from my consulting room. 

I offer an initial 15 minute call to establish availability and frequency of sessions, and to answer any questions.  I work primarily psychodynamically and this will be a chance to discuss whether supervision in this modality will be suitable for the therapist.
