About me and my therapy practice
You might not have the words for what’s going on and that’s ok. Maybe you just know you’re tired of managing everything on your own. Therapy can be a place to talk things through, understand yourself better, and feel less alone in it all.
I’m Tricia, a Humanistic Integrative Counsellor with over 20 years’ experience. I work with adults facing a wide range of emotional and relational challenges. With a background in crisis care, forensic services, the criminal justice system, higher education, and rehabilitation, I bring a broad and informed perspective to my work.

Practice description
My work is collaborative and grounded in real connection. I might bring in tools if they feel useful, but what matters most is the relationship we build, a space where you feel safe, moving at a pace that feels right for you. Choosing a therapist you feel comfortable with is important because this is where you share your most personal feelings and thoughts.
