About me and my therapy practice
My specialism is relationship and sex therapy for couples and individuals. Every relationship has a challenge, but if you feel that the problem has persisted for too long and caused a lot of distress for you, do contact me and we can have a conversation about the type of counselling that will suit your needs. I also work with individuals who and trying to get over break up or having difficulties in forming or ending relationships. I offer an empathetic, safe, and professional environment within which we can work together to facilitate the potential for change in the relationship and work towards sexual health, happiness and well-being.
I work with couples and individuals (heterosexual, LGBTQ+) in short and long term therapy from my private practice in Central London, Regent Street and North London, Finchley. I offer ONLINE video counselling/therapy sessions as well.
I am trained as a clinical supervisor with The Grove Practice. Clinical supervision is offered to trainees and experienced counsellors in Relate National, NHS and private practice.
I work integratively, which means that I have training in various counselling approaches (systemic narrative, family systems, psychodynamic, object relations, attachment, CBT) and I apply my knowledge and experience to tailor a unique intervention to each client to meet their specific needs. By combining elements drawn from different schools of psychological theory and research, integrative therapy becomes a more flexible and inclusive approach to treatment than more traditional, singular forms of psychotherapy.
Practice description
Relational problems that we can work on are conflict and re-current arguments, loss of trust, affairs, dealing with the end of the relationship and adapting to change (immigration, buying property, having children) in exclusive and non monogamous relationships.
Sexual difficulties: loss of desire (low libido or sex drive), sexual pain, problems with erection/ejaculation, difficulty in reaching orgasm, dissatisfaction with sex, and the impact of pornography on sexual response in partner sex.
I offer support to people who are trying to restore their sexual functioning after cancer treatments.
My first session
The first session is an assessment to establish what is the problem, how long you have experienced it, and how it impacts your emotional/physical state and your relationships. You can come on your own or with your partner.

About me and my therapy practice
Common issues in sex therapy
People seek sex therapy for many reasons, including sex feeling routine or repetitive, loss of desire/libido, erectile difficulties, problems with orgasm (anorgasmia, premature or delayed ejaculation), painful sex, the impact of sexual abuse, or questioning sexual identity. I also support people restoring intimacy and sexual functioning after cancer treatment.
Psychosexual therapy can bring a wide range of benefits. Simply talking about sexual concerns often brings relief and reduces distress. For some, this conversation alone helps improve intimacy, while others benefit from structured therapeutic programmes, such as behavioural exercises or mindfulness, to address specific difficulties.
Common issues in relationship therapy
Couples often seek support for ongoing conflict, loss of trust, affairs, loneliness, power and control issues, navigating parenthood, retirement, or deciding whether to end a relationship.
Relationship therapy helps partners understand why their relationship is in distress or why they may feel distant. Together, we explore what triggered these difficulties, the patterns that maintain them, and the vulnerabilities that make them more likely to occur. As couples become more aware of their behaviours, emotions, and thought processes, they are better able to choose new responses. Therapy provides tools to manage tension, prevent escalation, and build a more connected and resilient relationship.

We will also explore whether you have tried to address these difficulties before. Following the assessment, we can identify what type of therapy or counselling may be most helpful for you.
You are welcome to ask questions about the counselling process, as well as my experience and qualifications. If we agree to work together, we will then discuss practical arrangements such as your availability, session frequency, cost, and preferred method of payment.

I offer online supervision.
About me and my therapy practice
I offer individual and group supervision to trainees and practicing practitioners within NHS, Relate and those in private practices as relationship counsellors and sex therapists.Practice description
I believe supervision works most creatively and productively if the therapist feels dynamic, supported and influential in shaping the work. I see my role as supervisor in helping a practitioner to identify blocks, impasse, feeling stuck within the work and reflecting on interventions, technique and ideas to move forward; identifying useful resources, reading, CPDs when appropriate; to look a self-care, best practice and issues of ethics in clinical context.
Models of supervision vary, but essentially the ‘7 Eyed Model’ can create a good broad spectrum from which to work.
Please do contact me to discuss supervision further.
My first session
Prior to our first session we shall a telephone conversation (free of charge) to discuss our contract, what type of supervision you had before and what kind of supervisor you are looking for.
You can ask any questions about how I work and my experiences and qualifications. If we decide to work together, we shall establish your availability to come for supervision, locations (Central London, Finchley Central or Zoom), cost and your preferred method of paying.
