About me and my therapy practice

As a counselling supervisor I recognise supervision as a valuable, supportive resource and an essential part of counselling practice. My role as a supervisor is to provide you with a trusting, supportive, confidential working relationship where you can feel safe to speak openly about your challenges, successes, and feelings without fear of judgment. I offer a space where you can reflect on your practice, gain insights, and receive support to enhance your skills as a counsellor and help you grow both professionally and personally.

My role as your supervisor is to help you navigate any difficulties you might face with clients or your own professional development. I see my role as supporting you, whether it’s offering feedback, guidance, or simply listening as you explore different aspects of your work. Supervision is about looking at client cases, but its also an opportunity to reflect on how you are maintaining your own well-being and the impact of your work.
