About me and my therapy practice
I am Íø±¬ÃÅ registered and accredited with 12 years of professional work experience. I am qualified in the IAPT modalities Person Centred Experiential - Counselling for Depression, and Interpersonal Therapy. PCE-CFD is a person centred approach to alleviate symptoms of depression and IPT is a structured, time-limited therapy that focuses on a specific focal area such as; Interpersonal relationships, complex grief and loss, changes in life circumstances and social functioning and other mental health conditions. Being an integrative therapist I adapt my style and approach depending on individual needs.
It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards change. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment and to support & empower you in that journey.
I have a tiny little dog who is happy to sleep during your therapy session, she can have a very calming influence in the therapy room, but she can be easily removed if preferred.
Practice description
I offer face-to-face therapy in a cosy, comfortable therapy room overlooking a peaceful garden setting.
There is plenty of private gated parking and located within a ten-minute walk from the train station and 2-minute walk from the nearest bus stop.
Our online work takes place via a secure online video platform.
I also offer telephone appointments if preferred.

My first session
The Initial consultation will be approximately half an hour and will give us both the space and opportunity to get to know each other and see whether we can work together, collaboratively, in a Supervisor - Supervisee relationship. It is also the time for you to discuss your personal supervision requirements and ascertain whether I am the right Supervisor for your needs.
If our expectations match, we continue to explore the structure and process of supervision by paying attention to the ethical framework, contract, confidentiality, boundaries and accountability taking into consideration your personal style of working whilst keeping at heart the best interest of your clients.
