Availability
I currently have availability for new clients and offer online therapy Monday to Friday, between 8am and 8pm (UK time). I work exclusively online via secure video or telephone. This allows flexibility and accessibility for clients across the UK, Europe, and internationally.
I offer sessions in English, French, or Greek—whatever language you feel most at ease with.
I welcome enquiries from individuals and couples. My practice tends to attract reflective, intellectually engaged adults—often therapists, academics, writers, or professionals—who are navigating life transitions, identity questions, emotional blocks, or complex relationship patterns. I also work with couples facing conflict, emotional disconnection, or communication difficulties.
My approach is grounded in British Psychoanalytic traditions and offers space to explore unconscious patterns that shape our feelings and relationships. I offer a thoughtful, collaborative space for long-term work, and also welcome clients looking for short-term therapy focused on a specific concern.
Current Openings
I have availability during the day and in some early evening time slots. If you’re thinking about starting therapy or curious about how we might work together, please feel free to get in touch. I’m happy to arrange an initial consultation to explore your needs and answer any questions you may have.
About me and my therapy practice
I offer depth psychotherapy for individuals and couples navigating complex emotions, relationship struggles, or major life transitions. My approach is grounded in British Psychoanalytic traditions and informed by years of experience working with reflective, intellectually engaged adults—often therapists, academics, creatives, entrepreneurs, and professionals in demanding roles.
Many of my clients come to therapy feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain about how to move forward. Some are facing midlife changes, identity questions, cultural dislocation, or regret. Others are managing anxiety, low self-worth, creative blocks, or long-standing patterns in relationships. I also work with expats and international professionals navigating the emotional complexities of living and working across cultures.
Whether the difficulty is clear or more elusive, I offer a thoughtful and non-judgmental space in which we can explore your inner world and begin to understand the unconscious patterns shaping your experience.
In couples therapy, I help partners explore the deeper emotional dynamics that underlie recurring conflict, disconnection, or communication breakdown. My aim is to support each partner in expressing their emotional needs more fully and reconnecting in a more meaningful way.
Sessions are available in English, French, or Greek. I work exclusively online, offering flexibility and accessibility to clients in the UK, Europe, and internationally. I aim to meet you where you are and work at a pace that feels right for you.
Practice description
My practice offers a calm, confidential, and non-judgmental space for individuals and couples who want to explore emotional difficulties, relationship patterns, and deeper questions about identity, meaning, or direction in life.
I work online with clients across the UK, Europe, and internationally, offering therapy in English, French, or Greek. Online therapy allows for flexibility and consistency, especially for those with busy schedules, caregiving responsibilities, or frequent travel.
In individual therapy, I support people facing a wide range of challenges—including anxiety, low self-worth, anger, emotional overwhelm, creative or professional blocks, family dynamics, or the lasting impact of early experiences. My style is thoughtful, relational, and grounded in psychoanalytic traditions. I work particularly well with reflective adults, including therapists, writers, academics, expats, entrepreneurs, and founders navigating the psychological complexities of high-pressure environments.
In couples therapy, I help partners make sense of the often-unspoken emotional dynamics that shape their patterns of conflict or distance. Whether you're in crisis or simply feeling disconnected, I offer a structured yet empathic space in which both partners can be heard, understood, and supported in reconnecting more meaningfully.
Clients often tell me they appreciate the way I listen—carefully, deeply, and with curiosity. I don't offer quick fixes, but I do support real, lasting change.
If you're curious about working together, I invite you to get in touch. In our first session, we’ll explore what brings you to therapy and what you hope for. This initial conversation is also a chance to see if the way I work feels like a good fit for you.
My first session
The first session is an opportunity for us to begin getting to know each other. It lasts 50 minutes and is charged at the standard rate. There is no obligation to continue after this initial meeting—it's a space to explore what brings you to therapy and see whether the way I work feels like a good fit for you.
I won’t ask you to complete any forms or assessments in advance. Instead, I invite you to tell me, in your own words, what has prompted you to seek therapy at this time. We might begin to explore what you’re struggling with, how it’s affecting your life or relationships, and what you hope to gain from therapy.
This session also gives you a chance to ask me any questions about my approach, background, or practical aspects of the work. Some clients arrive with something very specific they want to discuss; others are less certain but feel something isn’t quite right. Both are completely welcome.
If we decide to continue, we’ll discuss ongoing arrangements—including session frequency, fees, and therapeutic focus. I usually offer weekly sessions at the same time each week, but some clients request a more flexible or fortnightly schedule depending on their needs and availability.
I offer sessions in English, French, or Greek, and I work exclusively online via a secure video platform. This allows you to attend therapy from the comfort of your own space, wherever you are located.
My aim is to create a welcoming and thoughtful environment from the very first meeting—one in which you can begin to speak freely and feel heard.
