Couples Work
We all long to feel secure and connected in our closest relationships, yet many of us were never taught how to recognise or express our needs, especially during conflict. In couples therapy, I offer a direct, compassionate, and practical approach, using tailored tools and exercises to help you communicate openly, listen with empathy, and build a stronger bond.
I have completed several intensive couples training programmes, including PAIRS, Spectrum’s year-long Couples Training, and additional training in Terry Real’s Relational Life Therapy (RLT).
I am also Internal Family Systems (IFS) Level 1 qualified and use its relationships model : Intimacy From the Inside Out (IFIO). I welcome couples of all identities, including LGBTQIA+, and work in a kink-aware way.
A couples session with me lasts at least 60 minutes and costs £130
My first session
For couples, the first step is a free 15-minute Zoom call where I meet with you both, hear what you’d like from therapy, and answer any questions. If we all feel it’s a good fit, I’ll send you a short questionnaire about your relationship history before we meet for a full one-hour session in person.
For individuals, I offer a phone call before our first session so you can share a little about what you would like to get from your sessions and ask any questions. We then meet for a 55 minute session to explore your needs and whether my approach feels supportive.

About me and my therapy practice
I offer one-to-one supervision for trainee and qualified counsellors and psychotherapists who are looking for affordable, high-quality support.
My approach is grounded in integrative, humanistic values, creating a reflective space where you can bring your client work and your whole self as a practitioner.
In supervision with me, you’ll find space to:
* explore your client work safely and in depth
* feel supported, resourced, and less alone in the challenges of therapy
* develop your therapeutic skills and confidence over time
* I also offer practical guidance on setting up, growing, and sustaining your private practice.
Sessions are available face-to-face in King’s Cross, London, or online via Zoom, at a frequency that suits your needs.
