I provide a confidential and non-judgemental space in which we can together explore the issues which have brought you to this point in your life journey, supporting and enabling you to develop greater self-awareness and consider the choices that are open to you.

As an Integrative Psychotherapist, I am trained to work with a wide range of approaches. I believe in a whole person approach which takes into consideration the interaction between the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual or soulful aspects of ourselves and offer an empathic, non-judgemental space.
