About me and my therapy practice
I am a Íø±¬ÃÅ Registered Counsellor, Psychotherapist, EMCC Global Accredited Professional Coach, and Clinical Supervisor with wide-ranging experience across education, community services, corporate settings, and not-for-profit organisations. My work integrates psychology, neuroscience, behaviour, and emotional intelligence to create a holistic, relational approach tailored to each client’s needs.
A core focus of my counselling practice is supporting people through transitions, whether loss and grief, identity shifts, or major life changes. I work with children, adolescents, adults, parents, and older adults, offering compassionate, non-judgemental support that helps clients build resilience, strengthen relationships, and move towards a more fulfilled and balanced life.
For young adults, I provide space to explore identity and direction. For parents, I offer guidance in navigating the emotional challenges of parenting alongside your own wellbeing. For adults facing life-stage changes including retirement, menopause, or health-related transitions—I create a supportive space to re-evaluate purpose and identity.
My aim is to help you better understand yourself, break unhelpful patterns, and create lasting, meaningful change.
Reaching out can feel like a big step but it can also be the first step towards healing, empowerment, and transformation. Please do get in touch to begin your journey towards a brighter, more fulfilling future.
Practice description
Therapy and supervision are an investment in growth, clarity, and resilience. I provide a flexible, confidential and outcomes-focused space, built on collaboration, transparency, and regular reflection. By uncovering unconscious patterns and fostering self-awareness, our work enables sustainable change and renewed perspective.
I also offer therapeutic coaching, blending counselling with professional coaching, to support personal development, career transitions, and parenting challenges.
As a Clinical Supervisor, I support therapists at every stage of their professional journey - from trainees to experienced practitioner. I also supervise supervising counsellors. My approach draws on the Seven-Eyed Model of Supervision, paying close attention to the dynamics within and around the therapeutic relationship.
Supervision with me is reflective, growth-focused, and ethically grounded. I combine mentoring with challenge and encouragement, helping practitioners deepen their clinical practice, expand their awareness, and maintain professional wellbeing.
Whether you are seeking therapy, coaching, or supervision, I provide a space where you can feel seen, supported, and empowered to grow.

About me and my therapy practice
As a seasoned clinical supervisor, I offer mentoring supervision to aspiring, trainee and fully qualified mental health professionals imparting wisdom and guidance honed through my years of practice as a supervisor and clinical lead. I offer a supportive space to encourage reflection, skill refinement and ethical excellence.
I have a Diploma in Clinical Supervision. Alongside my private practice supporting practitioners working with adults, children and young people, I am a clinical supervision lead for a team of practitioners who are both client facing and supervisors.
Practice description
My supervision style is holistic and integrative, drawing on psychology, neuroscience, behaviour, and emotional intelligence. I use the Seven-Eyed Model of Supervision to explore not only the therapist–client relationship but also the dynamics within the wider professional and organisational context. This approach encourages fresh insight, ethical clarity, and professional confidence.
I supervise:
- Trainee and early-career counsellors seeking guidance, confidence, and grounding in ethical practice
- Experienced therapists looking to sharpen skills, gain perspective, and sustain resilience
- Supervising counsellors who want a reflective space to strengthen their own supervisory practice
Supervision and reflective practice are offered for professionals working with children, adolescents, and adults across various sectors. The focus is on guiding practitioners to deepen their critical analysis skills, enhance their emotional resilience, and develop effective, evidence-informed strategies. Designated Safeguarding Leads and school leaders are supported, creating a safe space for them to reflect on complex decisions and manage the significant emotional demands of their roles. By helping client-facing staff process stressful and emotionally draining experiences, they are empowered to sustain high-quality, compassionate work and prevent burnout.
Supervision with me is a collaborative process: mentoring where needed, reflective where helpful, and always underpinned by ethical integrity. My aim is to create a safe and stimulating environment where you feel both supported and stretched, ensuring that your practice remains effective, ethical, and personally sustainable.
Whether you are looking to establish your supervision as a trainee, refresh your perspective as an experienced practitioner, or gain support in your role as a supervisor, I offer a professional partnership designed to nurture growth and safeguard good practice.
