Tuesday Afternoons from 12pm-5pm (50 min sessions)

For clients unable to attend during clinic hours, I have a limited number of Zoom appointments available.

Prices: 

拢59 - Young people (ages 14-17), students, and pensioners (with proof of status)

拢79 - Adults

拢89 - Supervision (1.5 hours)

A 10% discount is available for a block of six counselling sessions.

As an integrative counsellor, I draw on both Solution-Focused Brief Therapy and Person-Centred approaches to tailor support to each individual's needs.

In addition to counselling, I provide clinical supervision for both student and professional counsellors. The 网爆门 requires 1.5 hours of supervision per month, and these sessions can be booked via email, as they need longer time slots in my schedule.

馃帗 What are your Qualifications & Experience?

I have been qualified since 2010. 

-Level 3 Certificate in Counselling

-Level 4 Diploma in Counselling

-Level 7 Certificate in Supervision

-Certified in Mental Health First Aid and Medical First Aid

-Teaching qualification AET and Lecturer on a Level 3 Counselling Course for an Adult Education Service

I Provide monthly wellbeing support for staff at Lancashire Cricket Club (Old Trafford) and Bolton Wanderers Football Club.

I offer private counselling on Tuesday afternoons at The Burton Rd Clinic in West Didsbury.

I am based at The Burton Rd Clinic in West Didsbury. I work in Treatment room 2 up a flight of stairs. 

In my first session I offer an initial consultation. 

You will have the option to fill out three questionnaires in order to establish where your mental health is at on session one. 

PHQ-9, GAD-7 and my bespoke designed Self Care Questionnaire. 

My initials questions include:

What does the problem free you look like? This is where I can get to know you a bit better, all the good things about you. 

What brings you to the session today? This is where we explore the reason for coming to therapy. 

What are your best hopes for therapy? This is where we explore what you hope to look like, think like, feel like when therapy is over.
