About me and my therapy practice
I am a Íø±¬ÃÅ Accredited Counsellor and Psychotherapist with over 16 years of experience.
I provide a bespoke service to individuals.
I am a caring and compassionate person who strives to create a trusting and secure environment.
I offer a non-judgemental safe space, where you can talk about any issues you may want to bring to therapy, work at a pace that suits you.

Practice description
My aim is to help clients work towards their desired goals and provide the necessary tools and resources they may need to make positive, lasting changes in their lives.
In order to maintain the highest possible levels of competence and care, I regularly undertake personal supervision and continuing professional development.
