About me and my therapy practice
Accepting clients who are self funding or using private health care for both face to face and online therapy.
I am an experienced therapist with 17 years of practice. I offer a safe non judgmental space working within an integrative approach. This means I am able to utilise different models of therapy depending on the individual clients needs. Some clients benefit from having support to set theraputic goals whilst others are looking for more open exploration.
I have supported clients through a range of experiences such as; anxiety, stress, depression, low self esteem, perfectionism, loneliness, feeling overwhelmed , family issues and those going through challenges with a diagnosis of autism, ADHD or other neurodiverse issues. I am able to manage more complex issues such as addiction, pregnancy losses and fertility issues.
I am able to offer short term therapy as well as longer term therapy that is flexible depending on your needs and commitments.
If you would like to discuss whether we can work together give me a call or send an email and I will respond promptly, usually within two working days.
