About me and my therapy practice
If you're reading this, you’ve already taken one of the hardest and most important steps – reaching out. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck at a crossroads, or simply need space to talk and be heard, I’m here to help you navigate your way forward.
I’m an experienced and compassionate online therapist, practising since 2015. I offer a warm, non-judgmental, and confidential space where you can feel safe to explore whatever’s on your mind. Therapy with me is flexible and personalised — choose from video, audio, live chat, or email sessions, and switch between formats to suit your needs. I work in both English and French, with clients from all over the world.
I’m also the Director of the Harley Street Online Therapy Centre, Honorary Fellow and former Vice Chair of the Association for Counselling & Therapy Online, and Founder and Former Principal of The Academy for Online Therapy. These leadership roles keep me at the forefront of online therapy developments — but most importantly, they deepen my ability to support you with a thoughtful, informed, and tailored approach.
Could Online Therapy Help You?
Is life feeling overwhelming or unmanageable?
Are you standing at a turning point and unsure what comes next?
Do you need time out from the noise to think and feel?
Want to explore your emotions in a safe and supportive space?
Do you struggle with low self-esteem or confidence?
Is something bothering you that just won’t go away?
Are you feeling isolated, but unable to travel?
Prefer to talk from the comfort of your own home?
Or just finding daily life difficult to cope with?
Whatever your reason, you don’t have to face it alone.
Practice description
Finding the Right Therapist Matters
Successful therapy starts with a strong therapeutic relationship. It’s important to feel that your therapist is someone you can trust — someone who listens with empathy, respects your pace, and truly hears you.
I really enjoy helping people to make sense of their lives and find a way through what can be quite a messy process. Sometimes it is a specialist subject such as being transgender, or gay, or bereaved ... (just to name a few of my specialties) ..... but sometimes you won't even know what it is that brings you to therapy, only that you need to make changes to how you are or how you live.
Whatever the reason you decide to take up some therapy, I look forward to meeting you and helping you find the support, clarity, and change you’re seeking.
My first session
Whilst I view the first session as a getting to know each other session, I usually offer a 20 minute free session before this so both of us can get an idea of the way forward.
After this, if you do decide to start therapy with me I will ask you to complete a pre-therapy questionnaire and once I have looked over this and only providing I think I can help, then I will send you a very short agreement to sign. We usually use around session 5 or 6 looking to evaluate whether we are heading in the right direction.
