Practice description

Journey into Therapy.

Sessions are available online or in person. I offer a free 15 minutes telephone consultation. Following this, you may book an assessment session.

The assessment session allows us to explore your concerns in greater depth. We will discuss topics such as:

  • Insights into your presenting issue
  • Family background
  • Friendships and relationships
  • Interest and childhood experiences
I work with the unconscious process, using techniques such as: observation, interpretation, pararphrasing, summarising and reflecting on both your verbal and non-verbal communications to create deeper awareness and understanding.

Each session last for 50 minutes and starts promptly at the agreed time.

At the assessment session we will decide how to go ahead. If you choose to continue, I offer a first  block of 6 sessions, with a review of therapy in the 4th session.

You may either choose to end after 6 sessions,

or

Continue into open ended therapy, which allows you to decvide when to finish.

Ending therapy is an important process and a minium of 2 weeks notice is required.
