Hello, I’m Tina and I’m an integrative counsellor dedicated to supporting individuals through life’s challenges in a compassionate, non-judgemental space.
My approach is grounded in creating a supportive environment where we can explore your thoughts, emotions, and behaviours together. I believe that counselling offers a unique opportunity to gain new perspectives and reconnect with yourself in a meaningful way.
Practice description
Everyone is different, which is why I tailor my approach to suit your individual needs — working together in a way that feels right for you. With the right support, I believe each of us has the capacity to grow, heal, and reach our full potential.
Through developing greater self-awareness and self-compassion, you can begin to understand your feelings more deeply and uncover your own inner resources. This is often where real and lasting change begins.

My first session
In our work together, we’ll take time to explore and make sense of the difficult emotions you may be experiencing. This often begins with talking — helping us to understand what’s going on for you in the present moment, while also gently considering how past experiences may be influencing your current thoughts, feelings, and behaviours.
I will meet you with compassion and acceptance, however you’re feeling — whether that’s sadness, anger, fear, confusion, or anything in between. All emotions are welcome in the therapy space, including moments of lightness and laughter. You don’t have to face things alone — I’m here to walk alongside you, just as you are.
Reaching out for support can feel challenging, but I encourage you to get in touch for a complimentary 30-minute phone consultation. This initial conversation is an opportunity to share what’s going on for you and to explore how we might work together in a way that feels right.
During the first few sessions, we’ll also take time to gently assess your current situation and clarify your goals, helping to shape the focus of our ongoing work.
