About me and my therapy practice
I am an experienced integrative transpersonal therapist working with adults in North & East London and online.
I offer a compassionate and collaborative space where you can explore what it means to be fully yourself — emotionally, mentally, physically, and spiritually. My work integrates depth psychology, humanistic and somatic approaches, and transpersonal perspectives that honour both your personal story and your innate potential for growth and healing.
Life invites us into cycles of change and transformation. At times, these transitions can feel overwhelming — stirring old patterns, uncertainty, or pain. No matter how you find yourself here, I aim to meet you where you are.
Therapy with me is a collaborative journey. I bring warmth, curiosity, and gentle challenge, creating a relationship where you can safely explore all parts of yourself — the parts you know well and those still emerging.
Practice description
I work with clients who may be navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, or a general sense of disconnection or transition in life. Whatever brings you to therapy, my intention is to support you in deepening your self-awareness, reconnecting with your inner resources, and uncovering the meaning within your experiences.
My integrative approach means I draw from a range of therapeutic models — such as psychodynamic, person-centred, Gestalt, Jungian and body-oriented techniques — tailoring each session to meet your individual needs. Through this, we explore not only the difficulties you face, but also the strengths, values, and deeper sense of self that can guide you towards lasting change.
In the transpersonal dimension of my work, I hold space for experiences that go beyond the everyday — moments of insight, creativity, spirituality, and connection to something larger than ourselves. These can be powerful gateways to healing and transformation. Practically, this may mean working with dreams, metaphor, visualisation, stories and art, or it may simply be making space for the possibility of mystery in the work.
My first session
I understand that searching for a therapist can be intimidating and sometimes confusing, leaving many people feeling lost about what to do next. Some people have a clear idea of where they want to be but need a bit of help getting there, while others are unsure where to begin. My goal is to meet you where you are and help you to find your path to a place where you can enjoy being you.
The first session is a — no obligation — opportunity for us to explore what brings you here, your hopes and concerns, and whether we’d like to work together. This is an opportunity for you to see what it might feel like to be in relationship with me, and for me to understand a little about you and your world.
If you'd like to have a brief chat before this session then please feel free to reach out.
