About me and my therapy practice

I offer a warm, safe, and non-judgemental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace. Together, we can work towards greater self-understanding, emotional balance, and personal growth. Sessions are available both online and face-to-face, with the flexibility of short- or long-term therapy to suit your needs.

I am particularly passionate about supporting trauma survivors, including those affected by war, displacement, abuse, loss, and other life-altering experiences. Whether your trauma feels 鈥渂ig鈥 or 鈥渟mall,鈥 its impact on your life and sense of self is deeply personal and valid. I understand how experiences of fear, loss, and uncertainty can leave lasting emotional wounds, and my role is to walk alongside you as you begin to rebuild safety, trust, and self-compassion.

I have experience supporting individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship challenges, loneliness, grief, trauma, and the impact of abuse. My approach is rooted in empathy and genuine connection, which I believe are essential for healing and lasting change.

As an Integrative Therapist, I draw upon Person-Centred Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Psychodynamic Therapy. This allows me to tailor each session to meet your unique needs and to help you make sense of your experiences in a way that feels meaningful to you.

Practice description

my focus is on creating a calm, compassionate, and confidential space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences without fear of judgement. I believe that therapy is a collaborative journey 鈥 one that allows you to reconnect with yourself, make sense of your feelings, and find new ways to move forward.

Clients often come to me when they are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected. You may be struggling with anxiety, low self-esteem, loss, trauma, or difficulties in relationships. My role is to offer support, empathy, and insight as we work together to understand what鈥檚 happening beneath the surface and identify positive, sustainable changes.

As an Integrative Therapist, I combine elements of Person-Centred Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Psychodynamic Therapy, adapting my approach to meet your individual needs. This means our sessions are shaped around you 鈥 your story, your pace, and your goals.

I offer both online and face-to-face sessions in a supportive and confidential environment. Whether you鈥檙e looking for short-term support to address specific challenges, or longer-term therapy for deeper personal growth, you鈥檒l be met with warmth, understanding, and respect.

My aim is to help you feel more grounded, confident, and connected 鈥 to yourself and to others.

My first session

On our first session I'll provide a space to help you decide if I鈥檓 the right therapist for you. This initial assessment gives us an opportunity to briefly discuss what brings you to counselling, what you hope to gain from therapy, and how I can best support you.

During this conversation, I鈥檒l also guide you through a short assessment to help me understand your needs and expectations. This helps ensure that, if you decide to go ahead, our first full session is focused and meaningful for you.

The assessment is informal and confidential 鈥 there鈥檚 no obligation to continue if you decide it鈥檚 not the right fit. My aim is to make this first step as comfortable and supportive as possible.
