About me and my therapy practice

I offer person-centred integrative therapy, providing a safe and non-judgmental environment where you can explore your thoughts and feelings freely. I work with a range of issues, including anxiety, depression, and low self-confidence, as well as any other challenges you may wish to bring to therapy. 


My aim is to offer a supportive space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered to make positive changes at your own pace.

Practice description

I am a qualified counsellor based in Newcastle, offering sessions both in person and online. I work as a person-centred integrative therapist, which means I tailor my approach to your needs while placing you at the heart of the therapeutic process. I believe strongly in providing a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings openly and progress at a pace that feels right for you.

My approach is rooted in empathy, respect, and working together. I aim to support you in developing greater self-awareness, resilience, and confidence as you navigate the challenges in your life. Over the years, I have had the privilege of working with women fleeing domestic abuse, refugees, and both children and adults experiencing low self-esteem and confidence. 

I work with people from all backgrounds and value the uniqueness of each individual. I understand the importance of being culturally sensitive and strive to ensure that therapy feels inclusive, respectful, and responsive to your personal experiences and identity. Whether you’re seeking support for emotional distress, relationship issues, trauma, or personal growth, my goal is to help you feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful change in your life

In our first therapy session, we will focus on establishing a trusting and supportive relationship, which is crucial for achieving meaningful progress.

We’ll explore what has brought you to therapy, what you hope to achieve, and what positive change might look like for you. This is your opportunity to share your goals, challenges, and expectations at a pace that feels comfortable.

To help you decide if therapy is right for you, I offer a complimentary 20-minute initial consultation over the phone or online to address any questions you may have and give you a sense of how we might work together.
