I offer online sessions via Zoom for clients based in the UK.

I understand that finding the right time for therapy can sometimes be tricky, so I endeavour to offer flexible appointments where possible. I also offer a free introductory session so we can meet, discuss about what brings you to therapy, and see whether we feel like a good fit to work together.

About me and my therapy practice

I’m a person-centred therapist offering online sessions to adults across the UK. My approach is warm, reflective, and gently challenging, creating a space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions without judgment. I believe therapy is most effective when it feels like a genuine, human connection, a conversation where you can be yourself and feel truly heard.

I work with adults of all ages and have experience supporting clients within the LGBTQ+ community, as well as those navigating grief, loss, anxiety, low mood, and general life struggles. I understand how difficult it can be to reach out for support, and I value the trust it takes to share your story.

I’m passionate about this work because I know how important it is to have a space that’s safe, consistent, and accepting. My aim is for you to feel seen, understood, and empowered as we explore what’s happening in your life and what you need to move forward. Whether you’re seeking clarity, emotional relief, or simply a place to talk, I’m here to listen and support you at your pace.

Practice description

In our sessions, you can expect a calm, respectful space that’s entirely focused on you. I’ll invite you to talk about whatever feels most present or important, and we’ll explore your experiences together at your own pace. There’s no right or wrong way to be in therapy, some people come wanting to understand a specific issue, while others need time to untangle a mix of feelings that have built up over time. However you arrive, you’ll be met with empathy and genuine curiosity.

My role is to listen closely, reflect what I hear, and help you notice patterns or connections that might not yet be clear. I won’t tell you what to do or rush you toward solutions, but I’ll support you in finding your own clarity and direction. Sometimes that means sitting with difficult emotions, and other times it’s about finding new perspectives or ways to relate to yourself and others.

Sessions last 50 minutes and are arranged to suit your needs and schedule. Rather than committing to a fixed weekly slot, you have full autonomy to decide when you’d like your next session. Some people prefer to meet weekly for a sense of continuity, while others choose to come less often, depending on what feels right at the time. This flexibility allows therapy to fit around your life and ensures that you’re attending sessions because they feel meaningful and helpful to you, not out of obligation.

I aim to create an environment where you can feel safe enough to be open, even about things that might feel uncomfortable or hard to say elsewhere. Over time, therapy often becomes a space where you can reconnect with parts of yourself that have been overlooked or silenced, a space for honesty, compassion, and growth.

Whether you’re seeking greater understanding, emotional relief, or simply a place to think and breathe, my practice offers a grounded, human approach to therapy.

My first session

Our first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and for you to get a feel for how I work. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, what you hope to gain, and what kind of support feels most helpful to you. There’s no pressure to share everything right away, we’ll go at a pace that feels right for you.

This introductory session is free of charge and takes place online via Zoom. If you decide to continue, we can then arrange regular sessions at a time that suits you.
