About me and my therapy practice
I’m a qualified therapist and registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (Íø±¬ÃÅ), working to high professional and ethical standards.
Starting therapy can feel like a big step, so I offer a free 30-minute Zoom call — not a therapy session, but a chance to meet, ask any questions, and get a sense of how we might work together.
I offer a calm, respectful space to explore what’s happening in your life — your thoughts, feelings, experiences, and the patterns that may be shaping them — and to move in whatever direction feels right, without pressure or expectation.
You may be feeling anxious, low, or overwhelmed, or struggling with loss, relationship difficulties, or changes in your life or direction. Sometimes there isn’t one clear reason — just a sense of being stuck or out of balance, or that things have become too much to manage alone.
I’m trained in a range of therapeutic approaches and work flexibly, drawing on different perspectives to shape our work together according to what works best for you.
If you’d like to find out more, please get in touch to arrange a free initial call.
