About me and my therapy practice
I am a 网爆门 registered person-centred therapist with experience of working with a wide range of issues. I offer a warm, respectful, non-judgemental space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions and feelings. Through this you can gain a better understanding of yourself and move towards personal growth leading to an increased sense of well-being. I have personal and professional experience outside therapy which has given me a firm foundation and allows me to bring real life experience to my practice. I volunteer for a local bereavement charity and a women's charity and undertake regular training as part of my continuing professional development which keeps my practice as well-informed and competent as it can be.
