I currently have availability for new clients. 

I offer flexible appointments times to suit you, which includes both early mornings and evenings.  

I am an integrative therapist, which means I am trained in many modes of therapy. I use a variety of theories and techniques in my practice. This being said I am at the core, a person centred therapist who puts great value on empathy and being non-judgemental. I believe your experiences and feelings are what really matter. I am here to work alongside you, to aid in your healing. 

I am an LGBTQIA+ ally and I believe in equality for all. My research focuses on how menopause is experienced, and I have a great interest in all women's issues.

In my therapy space you will receive a warm and friendly welcome. I value you as a person and will hold space for whatever you need to express. 

My physical therapy space is a comfortable room in my home. There is ample on street parking available and it is in a well lit area for those dark mornings/evenings. 

If you have any questions regarding therapy, myself or my practice, please get in touch. 

In the first session I will go through our contract together to make sure you are comfortable with this and understand all it contains. This usually takes around five minutes.
