I currently have availability for new clients and offer online sessions during the week. My regular working hours are:
Thursdays: 9:30am – 6pm
Fridays: 9:30am – 6pm
I understand that everyone’s schedule is different, so I do offer some flexibility outside of these hours where possible. If you’re interested in working together but these times don’t quite fit, please do get in touch, I’m always happy to discuss what might work best.
I also offer a free 30-minute consultation, providing an opportunity for you to get a sense of how I work and whether I feel like the right fit for you before beginning therapy.
All sessions take place securely online, offering convenience and comfort for those who prefer therapy from their own space.
If I plan any time away from practice, I always give clients advance notice and ensure that breaks in therapy are discussed and managed with care.
About me and my therapy practice
As a humanistic counsellor, I offer a warm, accepting, and compassionate space where you can bring whatever feels important for you. My approach is grounded in the belief that healing and growth happen through genuine connection and self-understanding.
Therapy with me is a collaborative process, I don’t see myself as the expert on your life, but as someone who walks alongside you as you explore your experiences, emotions, and patterns at your own pace. Together, we can work to deepen self-awareness, uncover meaning, and support you in finding your own way forward.
My practice is relational, drawing from a person-centred perspectives. This means I focus on how you experience yourself and others in the present moment, and how past relationships or experiences may still influence your life today.
Clients often describe our work as a space where they feel truly heard, accepted, and able to be themselves without judgement. Whether you are navigating loss, relationship challenges, self-doubt, or simply seeking greater understanding of yourself, my aim is to provide a supportive environment where you can begin to make sense of what you’re feeling and move toward personal growth and clarity.

Practice description
Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and I aim to make the process as comfortable and supportive as possible. My practice offers a calm, compassionate, and confidential space where you can take time to explore what’s happening in your life, without pressure or judgement.
In our sessions, I offer my full presence and attention as we work together to make sense of your experiences and feelings. I believe that each person has an innate capacity for growth and self-understanding, and that therapy provides the space to reconnect with that potential.
You can expect our sessions to be led by what feels most important to you, there is no right or wrong place to begin. Some clients come with a specific concern in mind, while others simply want to understand themselves better. I work relationally, which means I place great value on the trust and connection we build together, as this often becomes the foundation for meaningful change.
My approach allows me to adapt to each client’s unique needs and way of being. I offer therapy online, making it accessible and flexible, and I provide a free 30-minute consultation so you can get a sense of how I work before deciding to continue.
Above all, my intention is to create a space where you feel heard, respected, and supported in moving toward greater clarity and self-acceptance.
My first session
Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and to explore what has brought you to therapy at this point in your life. I understand that reaching out for support can sometimes feel like a big step, so I aim to make this first meeting as relaxed and open as possible.
During the session, I’ll explain a little about how I work and what you can expect from therapy with me. You’ll have space to talk about what you’d like to focus on, what you hope to gain from counselling, and to ask any questions you may have. Together, we can begin to explore what feels most important for you right now.
This initial session also offers a chance for you to get a sense of whether my approach feels like the right fit for you. I believe that the relationship between counsellor and client is central to effective therapy, so it’s important that you feel comfortable and supported.
