Hello, I鈥檓 Elaine, a qualified Person-Centred Counsellor offering online therapy in a warm,

understanding, and confidential space where you can feel truly heard. I have experience

supporting adults facing anxiety, depression, trauma, bereavement, loss, relationship, and other emotional issues.

Together, we can explore your experiences at your own pace, helping you find clarity,
