I offer therapy sessions during weekday evenings(Monday to Friday) and provide flexible weekend appointments between 10:00am and 7:00pm.
My goal is to create a calm, accessible space that fits seamlessly around your lifestyle, allowing you to prioritise your wellbeing at a time that feels right for you.
About me and my therapy practice
My approach to therapy is deeply compassionate, collaborative, and designed to meet you exactly where you are. I believe therapy should feel like a safe, reflective space where you can explore your inner world without judgement and begin to rediscover a sense of balance, clarity, and purpose.
I work integratively, drawing on evidence-based models such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Humanistic, and Psychodynamic approaches, alongside neuropsychological principles that explore how the mind and brain influence emotion, behaviour, and self awareness. This allows me to adapt my approach to suit your individual needs, helping you uncover patterns, process emotions, and build lasting emotional resilience.
I have extensive experience working with complex mental health presentations, supporting individuals of all ages, including men, women, children, and couples through challenges such as trauma, anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, personality difficulties, and relational issues. My work often involves helping clients understand the deeper roots of their experiences while developing practical, meaningful strategies for growth and healing.
The foundation of my practice is built on empathy, authenticity, and empowerment. I see therapy as a collaborative journey one where you are gently guided toward self understanding and emotional strength, while being supported to make positive, lasting change.
Sessions are thoughtfully designed to offer a calm, confidential, and restorative environment where you can reconnect with yourself at a deeper level. Practice description
Therapy begins with trust and that feeling safe within the therapeutic space is the foundation for meaningful change. Having worked with many clients and children who have experienced trauma, I understand the importance of creating an environment that feels calm, grounded, and nurturing.
I approach each client with warmth and professionalism, providing clear explanations of what to expect, including a structured plan and therapeutic contract, to help establish stability and confidence from the outset. This clarity helps clients feel in control of their journey, knowing that they are supported every step of the way.
Over the years, I have worked with individuals facing a wide range of complex mental health needs, including trauma, mood disorders, anxiety, attachment difficulties, ADHD, and emotional dysregulation. My experience extends to working clinically with children, families, and couples, where I have developed strong observation and assessment skills that allow me to quickly attune to the needs and dynamics within each relationship.
Creativity plays a central role in my practice. I often draw upon a range of therapeutic models and techniques to adapt the work to the individual, blending insights from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Humanistic, and Psychodynamic approaches, alongside neuropsychological understanding. This allows me to tailor sessions that are both evidence based and deeply personal, helping clients explore their inner world while developing the tools to manage everyday challenges.
At present, all sessions are held online, offering flexibility, privacy, and accessibility. Online therapy allows clients to engage in meaningful therapeutic work from the comfort of their own environment while maintaining the same depth of emotional connection and professional care as in-person sessions.

My first session
Your first therapy session is designed to help you feel comfortable, informed, and supported as we begin your therapeutic journey. Each session lasts around 50 minutes and is currently held online, allowing you to access therapy from the comfort and privacy of your own space while maintaining the same sense of connection and care as an in-person session.
During our first meeting, I’ll take time to talk you through the therapy contract, including what confidentiality means, its boundaries, and what you can expect throughout our sessions together. This helps to create a sense of safety and understanding from the very beginning, so you know exactly what to expect and can feel at ease as we move forward.
We’ll also explore what has brought you to therapy, your goals, and what you hope to gain from the process. This space is entirely yours, somewhere you can speak freely, reflect, and begin to make sense of what you’re experiencing at a pace that feels right for you.
After the first session, I’ll send you a short questionnaire or assessment via email. This allows you to reflect between sessions and helps me understand your needs in greater depth. We’ll then review this together in your second session to shape a personalised plan that supports your growth and wellbeing.
My aim is for your first session to feel calm, grounded, and reassuring a gentle introduction to therapy that helps you feel truly heard, understood, and supported as we begin your work together.
