About me and my therapy practice

As a person-centred counsellor, I offer a safe, supportive, and non-judgemental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings freely. My approach is gentle and empathetic, focusing on building a genuine relationship based on trust and understanding.

I believe you are the expert in your own life, and that with the right support, everyone has the capacity for growth and healing. I won’t offer quick fixes or advice, but I will walk alongside you as you make sense of your experiences and find your own way forward.

I have experience working with a wide range of issues and welcome whatever you wish to bring to counselling. Together, we’ll work at your pace in a way that feels safe, respectful, and empowering.

Practice description

Starting counselling can feel daunting, but my practice offers a calm, understanding space where you can talk openly and feel heard. I provide online and telephone sessions, allowing you to access support from a place that feels safe and comfortable for you.

My role is to listen without judgement and support you in exploring your thoughts and feelings at your own pace. You can expect a gentle, empathetic approach that focuses on what feels most important to you. Together, we’ll work towards greater self-understanding, clarity, and personal growth.

My first session

I offer a free 20-minute, no-obligation consultation so you can see if I’m a good fit for you and feel comfortable starting counselling. In your first full session, we’ll take time to explore what has brought you to counselling, discuss your goals, and explain how sessions will work.

The session is a safe, supportive space where you can ask questions, share your thoughts, and get a sense of how we might work together. Sessions are offered online or by telephone, giving you flexibility and comfort while we begin this journey.
