I offer flexible availability, including weekday mornings and evenings, with some weekend appointments also available. Please contact me for my current availability. 

Sessions are held online via Zoom or Google Meet for ease and accessibility. 

£70 per 50 minute session.

A limited number of concession spaces (£50) are available.

About me and my therapy practice

Counselling is a deeply personal, human and ongoing journey for us all, and I hope to take the best of all I've learned along the way so far to be a gentle landing space for you as you continue exploring your own internal process. 

My trauma-informed approach weaves together traditional counselling, parts work, and ICF coaching (where appropriate) to offer a flexible, personal and tailored path through healing and change. Counselling supports us in tending to our past and our emotional foundations, while coaching helps us take meaningful action and build the scaffolding for the future we desire. I believe both are valuable - sometimes at the same time, sometimes independently - and my training in each allows us to shape a process that truly fits your needs, whether you’re moving through grief or trauma, standing on the edge of transformation, or experiencing a blend of both.

I believe in the importance of having a safe and supportive place to make sense of both the difficult things that happened to us (trauma, abuse, illness, neglect, loss) and the good things that didn’t (feeling seen, soothed, safe, and secure). These experiences often shape how we show up in adult life, influencing everything from self-esteem, identity, and emotional regulation to relationships, addictive patterns, anxiety, depression, stress, physical symptoms, attachment issues, chronic shame, and trouble being present in our everyday experiences.

Both counselling and coaching can offer a space to reconnect with who you are beneath the layers of pain, shame, and protection - supporting you to come home to a more authentic, grounded expression of yourself in your life and relationships. 

Work can either be short-term, for example 6-8 sessions, or open-ended if you are looking for longer term support. 

Practice description

My work blends therapeutic depth with practical change. Together we explore both your present-day experiences and the roots beneath them. This may include looking at past relationships, early experiences, and the internal patterns that continue to shape your emotional world.

Take all the time you need. 

Through this integrative process, we can:

  • Understand the origins of current patterns
  • Work compassionately with triggers, shame, and self-criticism
  • Support your inner child and core emotional needs
  • Build emotional regulation and self-leadership
  • Strengthen your sense of identity and self-worth
  • Create goals and changes that feel grounded and sustainable

When we tend to the root of our challenges, rather than merely managing the symptoms presenting on the surface, we often discover that our present day challenges can be resolved much more directly and with longer-lasting impact and ease. Sessions can either be pure counselling, or a combination of counselling and coaching together. 

At the heart of my practice is the belief that real transformation becomes possible when we are met with acceptance, compassion, and genuine curiosity. By honouring where you are right now, we create the conditions for lasting change to unfold at a pace that feels right for you. Whether this is your first experience of therapy or coaching or you’re returning after many chapters of your own work, we will shape a space that meets you exactly where you are.

I offer a free 15-minute initial conversation

You will have space to share what has brought you to seek support at this time and what you are hoping to gain from the work. I understand that seeking counselling in particular can feel daunting, especially during stressful or overwhelming times, so I aim to make the process as supportive, human and connected as possible from the very beginning.

You’re welcome to bring any questions or hesitations - there is no pressure to share more than feels comfortable at this stage.
