About me and my therapy practice
I’m an psychodynamic therapist offering online sessions. My background in nursing and mental health work shaped my belief that real change begins when we feel seen, heard, and understood, not judged or fixed. That belief still underpins everything I do in the therapy room today.
I’m drawn to the quieter, more complex parts of human experience, the moments that don’t always make sense but carry emotional truth. I value authenticity and the courage it takes to turn toward your inner world, especially when it feels uncertain or painful.
My role is to offer a steady foundation for curiosity and empathy as we explore together what’s asking to be understood. Every person’s story is unique, and therapy, for me, is about creating a safe space where that story can unfold at its own pace.
My first session
If what you’ve read here resonates, I invite you to get in touch. The first step is an initial assessment meeting, a short 30 minute session where we can get to know each other, talk about what’s brought you to therapy, and go over any questions or practical details. It’s also a chance for us both to see if we feel like a good fit. A small fee of £20 applies for this meeting to cover preparation and session time.
Reaching out for therapy takes courage and self-awareness. It’s a meaningful step towards understanding yourself more deeply and creating change in your life. I look forward to meeting you and supporting you as you begin this journey of self-discovery.
