Welcome. My name is Bonnie and I am an Integrative Therapist dedicated to supporting you in creating meaningful change, greater self-understanding, and emotional balance.
I offer a compassionate, collaborative space online or face to face in my office where we can explore your experiences at your own pace, whether you are facing anxiety, relationship difficulties, life transitions, or simply seeking deeper clarity and connection.
Therapy is about understanding your story and finding new ways to live more fully within it. Together, we can uncover patterns that may no longer serve you and work toward growth, resilience, and self-acceptance.
Sessions are available between 9:30 AM and 8:30 PM, Monday through Friday, both in-person and online. I do also offer some flexibility at weekends.

About me and my therapy practice
As an Integrative Therapist, my approach is guided by the understanding that each person is unique - and so should the therapy be. Rather than relying on one single model, I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches to meet you where you are and support what you need most at any given time.
This means our work together is flexible and collaborative. Sometimes we might focus on exploring the past and how it shapes your present experiences, at other times we might work more practically developing strategies for managing anxiety, regulating emotions, or improving communication.
My integrative approach combines insights from humanistic, psychodynamic, and cognitive-behavioural perspectives, alongside mindfulness and somatic awareness when appropriate. Together, these approaches allow us to look at both the emotional and embodied aspects of your experience, helping you gain greater self-understanding and the tools to create meaningful change.
I believe therapy works best when there is a genuine relationship at its core - one based on trust, empathy, and understanding. I aim to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings openly, at your own pace.
Ultimately, my role is to support you in becoming more connected to yourself - helping you move toward greater clarity, confidence, and emotional balance in your life.
Practice description
My practice is a calm and supportive space where you can take time for yourself to pause, reflect, and begin to make sense of whatever you are carrying. I believe therapy works best when you feel genuinely seen, heard and understood so I aim to create an atmosphere that feels warm, grounded, and accepting from the moment you begin.
Every person who comes to therapy brings their own story, challenges, and hopes. My role is to offer a steady and compassionate presence as we explore what’s happening for you - at a pace that feels safe and respectful.
The space itself is designed to help you feel comfortable and at ease, whether you join me in person or online. I want therapy to feel like a place where you can exhale - where there’s room to be honest, curious, and kind toward yourself.
This is a space for you to explore both the difficult and the hopeful parts of life, to reconnect with what matters most to you, and to find new ways of understanding and moving forward.
