About me and my therapy practice

I offer a calm, grounded space to slow down, explore what鈥檚 happening beneath the surface, and begin to heal. My approach is relational and trauma-informed, drawing from parts work, inner child exploration, somatic awareness, and creative therapy. I believe that healing happens through connection 鈥 both with yourself and within the therapeutic relationship.

Together we might explore how past experiences shape your present, how emotions live in the body, and how you can begin to feel more at ease and authentic in your everyday life. Therapy isn鈥檛 about fixing what鈥檚 鈥渨rong鈥 with you 鈥 it鈥檚 about understanding and making space for the parts of you that have learned to cope in the ways they know best.

I work with adults and young people aged 14 and over, including those who are neurodivergent. I have an understanding of cultural and individual differences, and I aim to create an inclusive space where you can bring your whole self 鈥 without judgment or pressure to be any particular way.

Sessions can be held in person or online, whichever feels more comfortable for you. My practice is a place to pause, reflect, and reconnect with the parts of yourself that are ready to be heard.

Practice description

I offer a calm, reflective space where you can slow down, explore what鈥檚 happening beneath the surface, and begin to make sense of your experiences. My approach is integrative and trauma-informed, drawing from parts work, inner child exploration, somatic awareness, and creative therapy.

I work relationally, meaning our connection becomes part of the healing process. Together, we explore how your past experiences, relationships, and environment may be shaping your present, with gentle attention to both mind and body.

You can expect me to be warm, attentive, and honest. I鈥檒l listen carefully, help you stay curious about what鈥檚 unfolding, and at times gently challenge you where it feels supportive. My aim is to help you feel seen, understood, and empowered to reconnect with your own inner strength and wisdom.

I work with adults and young people aged 14 and over, including those who are neurodivergent. I have an understanding of culture, identity, and difference, and aim to create an inclusive, non-judgmental space where you can bring all parts of yourself.

Clients often come to therapy feeling stuck, anxious, or disconnected. My role is to support you in understanding these feelings, developing compassion for yourself, and finding new ways to relate to your experiences. Sessions are available in person or online, depending on what feels right for you.

My first session

I offer a free 15-minute introduction session to see if we鈥檙e the right fit. It鈥檚 a chance for you to ask questions and understand what may be needed from our future sessions together.

Your first full session usually lasts 50鈥60 minutes. We鈥檒l explore what has brought you to therapy, what you hope to achieve, and any relevant background. I may also ask you to complete a brief assessment to help us set a starting point and track progress.

There鈥檚 no pressure to share anything you鈥檙e not ready to discuss. By the end of the session, we鈥檒l usually have a sense of whether the approach feels right and agree on how to continue. My aim is to create a safe, welcoming space where you feel supported from the very start.
