About me and my therapy practice
Starting therapy, whether it is your first time or a change of therapist, can feel like a big step and it鈥檚 completely normal to feel unsure, nervous, or even overwhelmed. Whether you know exactly what you want to talk about or you鈥檙e not sure where to begin, you're welcome here, just as you are.
As an integrative therapist, I work in a way that鈥檚 flexible and tailored to you. I work online via Zoom or I can offer 鈥榳alk & talk鈥 therapy in a London park of your choice.
You set the pace and I will be guided by you to bring whatever it is you feel you need support with. I pledge to be open, trustworthy and non-judgemental.
I offer all new clients a free 15 minute consultation to see whether we both feel if we鈥檒l be a good fit or not. Get in touch to discuss options that suit you.
Practice description
People come to therapy for many different reasons, sometimes with a clear goal, other times with a sense that something just doesn鈥檛 feel right. You don鈥檛 need to be in crisis to benefit from therapy. Whether you're facing a specific challenge or simply feeling stuck, talking things through in a safe, non-judgmental space can help you reconnect with yourself and make sense of what鈥檚 going on.
I also specialise in supporting survivors of domestic abuse as previous to becoming a therapist, I worked as a frontline advocate directly supporting women to navigate the complexities of experiencing domestic abuse.
As an integrative therapist, I offer space to explore whatever is holding you back, without shame, judgement, or rigid expectations.

My first session
If you decide to embark upon therapy then each session is 1 hour in length and can be as often as you like whether that be weekly, bi-weekly or monthly. I can offer you a regular time and day based upon availability and I offer short term treatment or long term, depending on whatever suits you. I work predominantly online via Zoom and I also offer 'walk & talk鈥 therapy - click here to find out more.
I offer all new clients a free 15 minute consultation where I can find out if and what specific goals you have in mind. You never need to 'prepare' anything before any of our sessions and I never ask you to conduct any homework, or complete any forms.
Each session is 拢70 per hour and I offer a limited number of concessionary rates for those on lower incomes. Please contact me to discuss options as I believe that therapy should be available to everyone, regardless of individual financial situations.
