About me and my therapy practice

I support clients to find clarity, confidence, connection, self-understanding and acceptance.

Sometimes our moods, challenges, and emotional burdens can interfere with work, relationships, and everyday life. Feelings of tension, conflict, or even numbness can become overwhelming. I offer space and the freedom to speak perhaps in ways you’ve never felt able to before. A place to be heard, to reflect and begin to find your new way forward.

I listen and support, without judgment, honouring your lived experiences. Together, we’ll move at a pace that feels right for you, exploring areas where you may feel stuck and discover ways to bring greater balance and a sense of ease to difficult emotions.

In a safe, confidential space we’ll explore your thoughts and feelings. I may ask about your early life experiences as I find that reflecting on the past can shed light on present challenges and uncover recurring patterns that may affect your decisions or inhibit your choices. Together we can discover and recognise patterns, emotional reactions and repeated behaviour. We may appreciate why they arise and understand their limits and reflect on whether they benefit you or hold you back. Recognising these patterns can create opportunities for new perspectives that in turn can change outcomes, offer a greater sense of calm and help you take better control.

Practice description

The foundation of my practice is empathy and understanding, with a focus on how you experience the world and the challenges you face. I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches to tailor sessions that support your individual needs. My training is in integrative therapy, combining a person-centred approach with psychodynamic insights to explore how past experiences can shape your present and future.

I am committed to ongoing professional development to deepen my knowledge and to ensure that I offer effective, up-to-date support. I engage in regular supervision to maintain the quality of my work and to uphold the ethical standards of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (Íø±¬ÃÅ), of which I am a member.

I offer both online sessions and in-person therapy in a private, calm setting in Kensal Rise, London (NW10), close to Kensal Rise and Kensal Green stations as well as local bus routes.

Weekly sessions at a regular time, either in person or online are encouraged to help build consistency and a commitment to the process. I understand the demands of busy lives, when needed I can offer flexible options, including a hybrid of in-person and online sessions.

My first session

I understand starting therapy can be daunting. Our first session will be an opportunity, before commitment, for you to share a little about you and what your desired outcomes are from therapy. We’ll also explore how we would work together – including session frequency, duration, and what to expect.

Sessions are your time, your space. I will be guided by you, at your pace, without pressure.
