About me and my therapy practice

My work supports young adults who feel caught in cycles of anxiety, self-doubt, or perfectionism, as well as couples struggling to navigate conflict and communication breakdowns. Many of my clients appear successful on the outside but feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure how to slow down. They come to therapy wanting to understand themselves more deeply, untangle old patterns, and begin living and relating with more ease and authenticity.

I offer holistic, trauma-informed therapy for individuals and couples. My approach integrates contemplative psychotherapy, somatic awareness, and relational insight, blending both cognitive and body-based methods to support healing on every level — mind, body, and spirit. In our work together, you’ll develop a deeper understanding of the connection between your thoughts, emotions, and physical experience, and learn how to use the wisdom of each to feel more grounded, calm, and whole.

For couples, I draw on Relational Life Therapy (RLT), a powerful and compassionate model that helps partners identify reactive patterns, take responsibility for their part in conflict, and rebuild trust and closeness. Together, we work to create relationships rooted in honesty, empathy, and mutual respect.

Therapy is a space to slow down and make sense of what’s beneath the surface. Whether you’re seeking calm within yourself or repair in your relationship, I offer a warm, grounded environment for reflection, growth, and transformation. If this feels like the right moment to begin, I’d be glad to connect.

Practice description

Therapy with me is collaborative, compassionate, and deeply human. My intention is to create a space where you feel safe to slow down, explore what’s really happening beneath the surface, and begin to reconnect with yourself. Each session is a conversation — sometimes reflective, sometimes practical — always rooted in curiosity and care.

My approach blends cognitive insight with somatic awareness, drawing from contemplative psychotherapy, mindfulness, and relational therapy. This hybrid method supports healing on multiple levels — mind, body, and spirit — helping you understand not only what you feel but why, and how to work with those experiences in daily life. You’ll learn to regulate your nervous system, cultivate self-compassion, and begin to make choices from a place of clarity rather than fear.

For couples, I offer a structured yet compassionate process grounded in Relational Life Therapy (RLT). Together, we identify recurring patterns of conflict, practice repair in real time, and build a relationship based on honesty, empathy, and respect. My role is to guide you toward understanding both yourself and your partner more deeply, while helping you develop tools to sustain connection long after therapy ends.

Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, perfectionism, or relationship challenges, therapy is an opportunity to return home to yourself — to remember your resilience, trust your own wisdom, and create a life that feels more grounded, connected, and true to who you are.

My first session

The first session is a gentle introduction to the work we’ll do together. Rather than diving into structured assessments or forms, this time is set aside for us to get to know one another and begin building a sense of comfort and trust. You’re welcome to share whatever feels most important to you — what brings you to therapy, what you hope to gain, or simply what life feels like right now.

I’ll ask questions that help me understand your background and what’s been happening beneath the surface, but there’s no pressure to have everything figured out. My intention is to create a grounded, supportive space where you can begin to feel seen and understood.

During this session, we’ll also discuss what you’d like our work together to look like — whether that’s focusing on specific challenges, exploring relational patterns, or creating more balance and connection in your daily life. You’ll have the opportunity to ask questions, learn more about my approach, and decide if this feels like the right fit for you.

My goal is for you to leave the first session with a clearer sense of what therapy might offer — and the reassurance that you don’t have to navigate it all on your own.
