About me and my therapy practice

With over 20 years’ experience supporting people through conflict, stress, and change in my work as a senior leader, I bring a calm and practical understanding to my psychotherapy practice, providing a warm, reflective, and confidential space to explore underlying thoughts and feelings, with the aim of fostering insight and lasting change.

There are times when life feels overwhelming, confusing, or simply too much to manage alone. I offer a calm, confidential space to talk things through and find a way forward - whether you’re dealing with stress, anxiety, relationship struggles, or a sense of being stuck.

How I work

I offer a confidential, down-to-earth space where you can talk openly and be heard.

My approach is integrative and relational, we explore what’s happening in your life and what may sit underneath it.

We go at your pace, focusing on what feels most important to you.

Together we’ll look at patterns, emotions, and relationships to help you understand yourself more deeply.

Over time, therapy can help you feel more grounded, connected, and able to make clearer choices.

I offer both short-term and longer-term work, depending on what you need.

Practice description

Many of the people I have worked with are deeply relied upon in roles where focus and responsibility are expected every day, yet privately feel stretched, overwhelmed, or disconnected. My aim is to build a trusting relationship where you feel safe, supported, and understood. We can explore what’s brought you to therapy - whether that’s stress, anxiety, or the impact of past experiences and relationships. By gently noticing patterns in how you think, feel, and relate to others, we can bring them into awareness so they no longer quietly influence your life. Over time, many clients not only regain their balance, but also begin to reconnect with their energy, creativity, and sense of purpose.

My first session

Reaching out for help can feel daunting, especially if you’re used to managing things on your own. It’s normal to feel unsure - we can take those first steps together. Whether you’re new to therapy or looking for a fresh approach, you’re welcome to book an introductory call or get in touch by email.

I also offer concessions to those who are struggling financially so please do let me know if this is the case.
