About me and my therapy practice
I offer a compassionate, confidential, and non-judgemental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings safely. My approach is primarily person-centred, meaning I believe you are the expert in your own life, and together we will work at your pace to make sense of your experiences.
I have supported people through a wide range of challenges, including bereavement and loss, depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, alcohol and substance addiction, and suicidal thoughts.
Practice description
I can work with you in a way that feels most comfortable, online, from my private room in Haywards Heath, through walk-and-talk therapy, or with home visits if needed. I believe counselling can provide a space not only for processing pain but also for finding hope, resilience, and meaning. Whether you are facing grief, navigating a life change, or struggling with feelings that feel overwhelming, I will work alongside you with empathy and respect.

My first session
I offer a 20-minute taster session for £12, which is an opportunity for us to meet and see if we are a good fit. Connection is a vital part of therapy, and this session allows you to experience the space, ask any questions, and discuss what you hope to gain from counselling.
In your first full 50-minute session, we will spend time getting to know each other, exploring what brings you to counselling, and considering the ways we might work together. My aim is to create a safe, compassionate, and confidential space where you feel heard and supported from the very start.
