About me and my therapy practice
Hello, I’m Christina. I’m a fully qualified, Íø±¬ÃÅ-registered Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist, offering a warm, confidential space where you can explore whatever’s on your mind.
Life can be challenging, and whether you’re facing a specific difficulty or simply have a sense that something isn’t quite right, you don’t have to face it alone. Here, you’ll find a supportive space to talk things through at your own pace.
I believe that therapy is most effective within a genuine, supportive relationship. My aim is to listen with empathy and without judgement, helping you feel heard, valued and empowered.
Practice description
My integrative, relational approach draws on person-centred, psychodynamic, cognitive and existential therapies, tailoring each session to your individual needs. I support adults with a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, past experiences, loss, bereavement, relationship difficulties, identity and sexuality, major life changes, and work-related stress - as well as those seeking personal growth or clarity.
I offer both in-person sessions in Streatham, London, and online therapy. You set the pace and choose what to bring to sessions, while I work alongside you to explore your experiences and support change that feels meaningful for you.
My first session
Free Introductory Call
Before starting counselling, I offer a free 20‑minute introductory call. This gives us a chance to talk about what has brought you to counselling, what you would like to get out of it, and any questions you may have. It also helps you get a feel for how we might work together. There’s no charge for this call and no obligation to book sessions afterwards.
Your First Session
If you decide to move forward, we’ll begin with an Initial Assessment. This is a relaxed first session where I’ll ask a few questions to understand you better and to help us both see if working together feels right.
