About me and my therapy practice
About Me

Hi, my therapy practice is about understanding my clients and working together with them to make the changes they want in their lives.
My approach is flexible and draws on different therapeutic methods. Every person is unique, so I adapt how I work to suit who they are and where they are in life. I also take into account each person’s background, family, and beliefs, so I can understand them as a whole person.
For therapy to really work, both therapist and client need to feel comfortable with each other. When that sense of safety and trust is there, real change can happen. I want my clients to know that I care about their situation and that therapy is a space for them to grow and flourish in their own way, following the path they choose.
Life’s challenges are constant, and it can often feel like we’re running just to keep up. My aim is to provide a space where you can slow down — a place to reflect, to plan, to feel, and, if nothing else, simply to be.
If you’d like to explore whether we could work well together, I’d be happy to arrange an initial conversation.
Practice description
Therapeutic Approach

I am an Integrative therapist working from pluralistic principles, drawing on a range of therapeutic models and tailoring them to your individual needs. As a musician, I also value creativity and expression as important parts of personal growth and emotional development.
From a pluralistic perspective, there is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. Each person’s process is unique and can move in different directions at different times. I aim to stay open and responsive to where you are, considering how the approaches I know may be most relevant and helpful to you at each point in your journey.
In my experience, adaptability in approach allows us to engage with the full range of a client’s experiences and challenges—neither becoming stuck in the past nor ignoring it and allowing it to continue affecting the future.

My first session
Though you can contact me to begin therapy sessions directly if you wish, I also offer two optional ways to get started if you’d like an initial meeting first:
- 30-minute consultation (£20): A structured meeting in person or online where we can discuss what’s bringing you to therapy, what you hope to gain, and how I work.
- 15-minute phone or video chat (free): A shorter, informal introduction to ask questions and get a sense of whether my approach might be helpful for you.
Both options are designed to help you feel informed, comfortable, and ready to decide on the next steps in your therapeutic journey.
