Availability

I currently have some availability for new clients and offer both short- and long-term therapy. My working hours are generally Monday to Friday, 9am鈥4pm, with evening sessions (7鈥9pm) available Monday to Wednesday for online clients. I also offer a limited number of Saturday morning sessions (9am鈥12pm).

Sessions are available online and in person, in Southfields (SW18) or Kingston (KT2).

I aim to agree a regular weekly slot that works for both of us, offering some flexibility for holidays or unforeseen changes. I respond to all new enquiries personally and usually within 24鈥48 hours on weekdays.

Whether you鈥檙e looking for ongoing therapy or a space to work through something specific, you鈥檙e welcome to get in touch and we can discuss availability together.

About me and my therapy practice

I鈥檓 an integrative counsellor offering a warm, non-judgemental, and compassionate space where you can be heard and understood. My approach is grounded in empathy, authenticity, and collaboration, allowing you to explore your experiences at your own pace.

Alongside a person-centred foundation, I draw on CBT techniques, psychodynamic understanding, somatic awareness, and a trauma-informed perspective. This means I work holistically - recognising how the mind and body hold experiences - and supporting you to notice, process, and gently release what may be keeping you stuck.

I work with adult clients experiencing a wide range of challenges, including trauma, anxiety, low self-worth, relationship issues, and the lingering effects of past experiences.

I believe that everyone has the potential to become the best version of themselves, and I feel honoured to accompany clients on that journey - helping them rediscover clarity, confidence, and connection along the way.

Practice description

I provide a calm, confidential, and compassionate space - both online and in person - where you can safely explore what鈥檚 troubling you, without fear of judgement or pressure to be anyone other than yourself.

My practice name, Noor, means 鈥渓ight鈥 - a reflection of my belief that healing often begins with understanding, gentle curiosity, and a willingness to look inward.

In our sessions, my aim is to create a grounding and collaborative environment where you can begin to make sense of your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. Together, we work towards greater self-awareness, self-trust, and a deeper sense of connection with yourself and others.

I support clients experiencing:

鈥 Anxiety and OCD

鈥 Stress and burnout

鈥 Low self-worth or perfectionism

鈥 Trauma and difficult childhood experiences

鈥 Relationship and family challenges

鈥 Identity and life transitions

I offer online sessions nationwide and in-person sessions in Southfields, Wimbledon, Kingston, and surrounding areas.

My practice is inclusive and culturally sensitive, welcoming clients from a wide range of backgrounds, faiths, and belief systems. I recognise and respect the diversity of experiences that shape who we are, and I work with awareness and openness to both cultural and religious differences.

My first session

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and see whether we feel comfortable working together.

We鈥檒l begin with a gentle conversation about what brings you to therapy and what you hope to gain from it. I may ask some questions about your background, current situation, and any previous support you鈥檝e had - but there鈥檚 no pressure to share more than you feel ready to.

This session also gives you a sense of how I work and whether my approach feels right for you. You鈥檙e welcome to bring any questions, concerns, or hesitations - it鈥檚 important that therapy feels collaborative from the start.

I offer my first session at the same rate as regular sessions, and it lasts 50 minutes. If after the session you decide you鈥檇 like to continue, we鈥檒l agree a regular weekly time together.

If you鈥檇 prefer to have a brief chat before booking, I鈥檓 happy to offer a free 15-minute call to answer any questions and see whether we might be a good fit.
