I am an Integrative Counsellor and Gestalt Psychotherapist with over ten years鈥 experience working with individuals, couples, and groups. My approach is warm, collaborative, and respectful. Therapy with me is not about being 鈥渇ixed鈥 鈥 it鈥檚 about being truly heard, supported, and gently challenged where it may help your growth. I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches 鈥 Gestalt, person-centred, psychodynamic, and existential 鈥 to respond to your unique situation.

I work with a wide variety of themes, including relationship difficulties, anxiety, low self-esteem, identity, trauma, grief, and life transitions such as relocation, separation, or career change.

Many people come to therapy when they feel stuck, disconnected, or uncertain about their direction. My role is to accompany you with care, honesty, and curiosity as you reconnect with yourself and create space for change.

I provide therapy in English, Ukrainian, and Russian, and I see clients in Richmond and Twickenham as well as online with people across the UK.

Practice description

I offer both short- and long-term therapy, depending on your needs. Some clients come for a few sessions to focus on a specific challenge, while others choose longer-term work to explore deeper patterns and support lasting transformation.

I work with people from diverse backgrounds and adapt my approach to fit each person鈥檚 pace, goals, and circumstances. Sessions are available in person in South-West London and online, making therapy accessible wherever you are.

Clients often share that therapy helps them feel lighter, clearer, and more grounded. My intention is always to meet you where you are and create a supportive space where growth feels possible.

Sessions are 50 minutes, held weekly. All work is confidential.鈥ㄢ

My first session

The first session is a chance for us to meet and see how it feels to work together. You鈥檙e welcome to share what has brought you to therapy and what you hope for, at your own pace. It鈥檚 also a space for you to ask any questions about how I work.

Before booking a full session, I also offer a free 20-minute online meeting, so that we can have a quick first impression of each other and see whether it feels comfortable to continue.

There鈥檚 no obligation to continue after this session 鈥 it鈥檚 an opportunity for both of us to explore whether the fit feels right. If we decide to go ahead, we鈥檒l agree on practical details such as timing and location.
