👋 About me
I’m Jamie, a Íø±¬ÃÅ-registered integrative counsellor and an LGBTQIA+ affirmative therapist. I know through my own therapy how daunting it can feel to take the first step — that’s why I aim to make sessions safe, supportive, and down-to-earth.
Before becoming a therapist, I spent over a decade in teaching and teacher education, where I learned the value of meeting people with warmth, curiosity, and respect. I bring that same approach to my counselling practice.
