My days of work is Mondays and Thursdays only in Central Manchester. The hours I work is between 10:00 a.m to 7:00 p.m until further notice.

About me and my therapy practice
Introduction:
Life can sometimes feel overwhelming. Whether you are facing trauma, grief, anxiety depression, or low mood, counselling can provide a safe and supportive space to explore your experiences and begin healing.
Hi, I am Steve. I work integratively, drawing on Person-Centred therapy, Cognitive Behavioural therapy (CBT), and Psychodynamic-based approaches. Therapy is always tailored to your needs.
I believe therapy works best when you feel truly heard, understood, and accepted. I welcome people from all backgrounds and identities, and I create a safe, non-judgemental space where diversity is valued. I am both LGBTQ+ and Neurodiverse informed.

My first session
Services & Fees:
60-Minute Individual Counselling Sessions:
- Tailored to your needs and goals.
- Focus areas: trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, low mood, self-esteem.
Fees:
£50.00 per session. Discretionary, limited concessions are available (based on individual circumstances).
Payment: Bank transfer-48 hours before a session appointment.
I offer a FREE 20-Minute telephone consultation, giving you the opportunity to ask questions to see if counselling feels right for you, and working with me.
