About me and my therapy practice

My therapeutic approach is integrative, drawing from person-centred, psychodynamic, and psychoanalytic frameworks.

In our sessions, you will not be judged; instead, you will be heard, understood, and supported. You will have the opportunity to explore your unconscious processes, early relational patterns, and the deeper roots of your emotional difficulties. During your journey, you can expect a collaborative process that respects your unique experiences and individual needs. We may begin by discussing your thoughts, feelings and experiences, which will allow us to uncover the underlying issues contributing to any distress or difficulties you are facing.

In addition, we have the option to incorporate creative methods. For example, using art materials and activities that help you express emotions or ideas that may be hard to articulate. These innovative tools can be powerful for gaining insight and healing, offering an alternative way to process and understand our experiences.

My approach fosters a dynamic therapeutic environment that encourages self-reflection and personal expression, or both. My goal is to help you gain greater self-awareness, heal past wounds and develop healthier patterns of thinking and relating to others. You will be supported every step of the way as we work together towards meaningful, lasting change.

Language: English, Cantonese.

Practice description

I hold a Master's Degree in Art Therapy (MAAT) and am a registered MÍø±¬ÃÅ member (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy)

For the past eight years, I have supported both children and adults dealing with anxiety, depression, and trauma. In the last five years, I have specifically supported individuals experiencing mental health crises within the NHS foundation charity. I work with people who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or constantly on edge. If life feels too burdensome right now, you don't have to face it alone.

Assured that everything we discuss in the session will remain confidential.
