About me and my therapy practice

I believe in a client centred approach to acknowledge the uniqueness of individual clients. I am a pluralistic, integrative counsellor and therapist, meaning I use a variety of therapeutic methods to suit the individuals needs.

Practice description

I work primarily as a person centred counsellor, However, depending on circumstance, I can use other techniques that are better suited to the individual client or issue.

Sessions can be via telephone, online or face to face at my practice in Chelmsford. Essex. I am also available for home visits.

My first session
