About me and my therapy practice
Who am I? I'm Laurie, a qualified Person-Centred Counsellor.
I offer you.. A safe, confidential space where you can begin to share aspects of your life that are tricky or concerning. I offer this through 50-minute online counselling sessions.
Benefits of my approach.. Through talking therapy you will begin to feel lighter, heard, and most importantly understood. I can walk beside you on your journey and offer empathy and empowerment you may need to make changes to your life.

How can I help you?
Ask yourself, do you feel like you are not worthy? Do you feel guilty when you set boundaries with others? Do you struggle to not worry about what others think? My aim is to help you to unravel any complexities to gain clarity and understanding, opening the space for positive change. I will never push you to talk about anything that you appear to be uncomfortable about, we will always go at your pace.
Sessions are fully confidential and judgement free
I can help you navigate life's tricky challenges and support you in simplifying decisions and changes to your life. I strive to offer a safe, relaxed environment with no judgement as I believe everybody deserves the opportunity to be heard and understood. I will meet you with warmth and respect throughout our time together.

I encourage you to listen to your feelings, thoughts, and instincts and let that guide you in therapy. It’s ok if you aren’t sure what to talk about. That is normal and I shall not leave you stuck or in silence (unless that is helpful) and together we can help you to listen to yourself and find what you need to speak about.
